Nivedita Chandra

After two decades of stellar career as country delivery leader with Big 4 consulting organisations, Nivedita quit her Full-Time job to working 'All-the-time' on interventions to help people Think Better to Feel better and grow more.

An IIM Calcutta alumni and a B.Tech Computer Science Gold Medallist, Nivedita worked with large organisations and educational institutes. In her quest to understand and nudge human behaviour positively she went on to become a Mindset Coach. Through her personal journey, and experiences she realised a lot of work needs to be done to support people - students, young adults, women, young professionals (and not just leaders) to mine their inner potential and live their dreams.

With that vision, Nivedita founded innermined.com to make accessible the science and art of scientific, strategic, brain based interventions to all.

Rahul Shah

Rahul quit his global high paying role to dedicate his time and energy to coach teens and young adults
through his quest to build leaders for tomorrow.

He has been a faculty member at NMIMS and
worked for 23 years in Corporate in Sales, HR, Training, Consulting & as an Executive Coach before founding organisation called as Transformers, a chain of change makers.

Rahul is helping teenager boost confidence, feel positive about their school/college life and equip them to build their inner core so that they can balance between academics and overall growth.
